Brígida Apolónia was born in Faro, Algarve in 1977. With a degree in Architecture from Universidade Lusíada in Lisbon and  Università La Sapienza in Rome, later on she started to Bring focus to the Interior Design in which she got a specialization in Lisbon school of Design.

In 2003 set her Architecture & Design Studio in Vilamoura and in 2010 she opened the shop STOA dedicated to Interior Design.
